Our Christian childbirth education class consists of 2 different meetings each with its own topics and agendas located in the comfort of your own home.
1st Class Covers: Gods Marvelous Design of Birth, Introduction to Childbirth, Labor Stages, & Birth Planning Prep
2nd Class Covers: Pain Management, Labor Positions, Postpartum, & Breastfeeding
Each one-on-one session is 2 hours with the flexibility to answer specific questions based on your individual desires and needs.

Group Childbirth Education
$150
We have teamed up with Dr. Amy McMillion from Graham Physical Therapy & Dr. Tyler from Forge Chiropractic.
We address childbirth with a holistic approach that covers not just the physical changes but also the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of childbirth with a spin to incorporate important information about the pelvic floor if you choose the Graham Physical Therapy location or the importance of Chiropractic care in pregnancy and after for both the mother and baby if Forge Chiropractic location is chosen!
Classes for Graham Physical Therapy will be held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month at Graham Physical Therapy, 106 N Main St, Graham, NC 27253.
Classes for Forge Chiropractic will be held on the 3rd Saturday of each month at Forge Chiropractic 1105 Tryon Village Dr. Cary NC 27518
